How we approach window cleaning

We filter the minerals out of the water before it ever touches the glass, so it dries clear on its own and there is nothing left behind to squeegee or towel off. That matters most on the lake-facing side of a house, where a wall of glass is the whole point of the room behind it and hard-water spotting is the thing you notice from the sofa. Reaching second-story windows from the ground means no ladder feet in your flowerbeds and nobody standing on your roofline. Frames, sills and screens get cleaned in the same visit, because clean glass in a dirty frame still reads as dirty.

Can you remove hard-water spots from my windows?

Light mineral spotting comes off with our standard pure-water system. Long-term etching, usually from sprinklers hitting the glass for years, has physically damaged the surface and needs a separate abrasive restoration treatment. We quote that individually, and we'll tell you upfront if that's what you're dealing with.

Do you clean interior windows too?

Yes, as an add-on. Interior work needs someone home and takes longer per pane, so it's priced separately from the exterior service. Add it when you book and we'll schedule the extra time.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. We need access to an outdoor water spigot and to any gated areas, and that's it. Most of our customers are at work. We send a photo set when the job is finished, and payment can be handled online afterwards.
