Storefront & Walkway Cleaning in Lexington, SC
Heavy oak and pine canopy over the established streets keeps north-facing walls damp most of the year, so algae comes back faster here than in the open new-build developments. It's the single biggest reason Lexington homes call us for storefront & walkway cleaning, and it's a problem we plan for before the truck leaves the yard.
Why surface clean suits Lexington properties
Around here the housing stock is mostly mixed: older painted brick and hardboard near downtown, large newer vinyl and stone subdivisions toward lake murray. That matters for storefront & walkway cleaning: Retail and restaurant frontage takes more traffic per square foot than anything else we clean, and it shows first at the threshold — gum, spills, grease tracked out from the kitchen, and a grey halo on the concrete where everyone stands. We clean the whole approach as one job, glass through to the sidewalk, on a cadence that keeps it from ever getting bad enough to notice.
We work Lexington street by street: Downtown Lexington, Golden Hills, Barr Lake, Hope Ferry and the Old Chapin Road corridor are all regular stops, and being based here means no travel charge and short lead times.
- Entry glass, frames and door hardware
- Sidewalk and threshold concrete surface-cleaned
- Gum and grease spot treatment
- Awning faces rinsed where safe to do so

See every questionWill the price change once you're on site?
The number we give you is the number you pay. We work it out from the surfaces themselves, so if something on site differs materially from what we discussed, we tell you before we start work, never after.
How long will the results last?
It depends on shade, humidity and how much tree cover you have. As a rough guide: house washing holds up 12–18 months, decks and fences around 12 months, and concrete around 12 months. Heavily shaded north-facing walls are always first to regrow, and anything within sight of open water regrows faster than the same surface a mile inland.
Can you remove hard-water spots from my windows?
Light mineral spotting comes off with our standard pure-water system. Long-term etching, usually from sprinklers hitting the glass for years, has physically damaged the surface and needs a separate abrasive restoration treatment. We quote that individually, and we'll tell you upfront if that's what you're dealing with.
When and how do I pay?
After the work is done and you've seen the result. Never a deposit for standard residential jobs. We take card, bank transfer and the usual digital wallets, and you'll get an itemized invoice by email.
